Hi, I'm Shana Danielle Christian. ShanaWood is my independent online furniture shop, run from Baytown, Texas.

I started ShanaWood with a simple idea: to offer the kind of modern wood furniture I'd want in my own home — honest in its materials and priced fairly. I'm not a manufacturer. What I do is curate: I find pieces from established manufacturing partners, keep a small and focused catalog, and have each order shipped to you from our U.S.-based fulfillment partner.

How ShanaWood Works

I'm not a manufacturer, a warehouse, or a big team. I'm an independent seller who curates the catalog and handles customer service personally. I don't hold inventory of my own — when you order, your piece ships from our U.S.-based fulfillment partner. That's how I can offer a carefully chosen range without running a warehouse.

A few things I want to be honest about:

  • Delivery takes time. Standard delivery is typically a few business days of processing followed by transit time that varies by piece and where it ships from. Because items come from a U.S. fulfillment partner rather than a warehouse I own, I'd rather quote an honest window than promise a date I can't keep. You'll find specific timeframes on each product page and in the Shipping Policy.
  • You reach a real person. If something arrives damaged, you're emailing the owner directly — not a call center.
  • Pricing without surprises. What you see is what you pay — no hidden tax, no surprise checkout fees, and no inflated "original" prices.

What I Stand For

Design that earns its place. I don't add a piece just to fill space. Every item is one I'd put in my own house.
