Refund policy
I want you to be happy with what you order. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work.
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Returns and refunds are accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective, or that don't match their description. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Because items are fulfilled through our U.S.-based fulfillment partner, I'm not able to accept returns for change of mind or preference (for example, a piece fitting your space differently than expected). Gift cards, custom orders, and items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
HOW TO START A CLAIM
Email me at support@shanawood.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) affected
- A description of the damage, defect, or issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
I'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING ON FAULTY ITEMS
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described, I cover return shipping and send you a prepaid label — you won't pay anything to return a faulty item.
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
For an approved claim, you can choose a free replacement or a full refund of the product price.
REFUND TIMING
Once the returned item is received and inspected (or a damage claim is approved), I issue your refund within 7 business days. Your bank may take an additional 1–3 business days to post it.
CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER
If you need to cancel or modify an order, email me within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours the order has usually entered processing, which makes a change harder.
