Shipping policy
ShanaWood is an independent online furniture shop operated by Shana Danielle Christian, based in Baytown, Texas. Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment partner. Below is exactly what to expect.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only (lower 48 states). Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are not currently supported. If we expand, we'll update this page first.
FREE SHIPPING
Standard shipping is included in the product price for orders shipped to the contiguous U.S. There are no surprise freight charges at checkout.
PROCESSING TIME
Processing time is 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
DELIVERY TIME
After processing, transit time is 3–7 business days.
Total delivery window: 5–12 business days from the order date. I'd rather quote a window I can actually meet than promise a date I can't keep.
CARRIERS
Parcel orders ship via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority, selected based on your zip code. Larger items may ship by freight carrier.
PRICING & SALES TAX
The price you see is the price you pay. All product prices listed on shanawood.com are final prices for U.S. customers — there are no additional sales tax charges, handling fees, or hidden costs added at checkout. Your total at checkout equals the product price plus any optional shipping upgrades you select. Standard shipping is already included.
TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking number by email within 1–2 business days after the order ships. Tracking can take an additional 24 hours to register on the carrier's site after the label is created. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days, email me at support@shanawood.com and I'll look it up directly.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change your shipping address or modify items, please email me within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours the order has usually entered processing, and a change becomes harder.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If any items are missing from your shipment, or anything arrives damaged, take a photo and email it to support@shanawood.com within 48 hours of delivery. I'll arrange a replacement or refund — see the Return & Refund Policy for full details.
LATE DELIVERIES
If your delivery is more than 5 business days past the upper end of the quoted window, email me. I'll contact the carrier and either get an updated ETA or arrange a refund.
